Great location, beautiful building, our room had great view - also we had free parking
Breakfast didn't have labels on what the food was - I'm a vegan so it was impossible to know what I could have: I'd recommend adding vegan butter and maybe vegan pastries.

Location. Shopping Mall with food court and Laundromat is right across the street . Close to Paulista Ave.
Aged decor and carpet is smelly. Smell of burnt cooking emanating from restaurant is unbearable.

don’t give your customers stale food . I will never go to this estate again
location
for a 4 star hotel it’s very old . kitchen fridge are rusted with microwave not working. towels have not been replaced for years. all these didn’t bother us too much . the worse thing was the breakfast where bread was stale. I would not even give this hotel even a 2 star

Stayed twice. Third time we'd rather pay more to stay in a more comfortable place
good location, nice staff
staying at 2nd floor translates into your readiness to enjoy street noise. building reconstruction across the street meant for us no sleep all night. bathroom equipment requires renovation. previous residents left something in the fridge, cleaning staff somehow left it there.
